Google+ a social networking service by Google which was in invite only phase and now have been opened for public registrations.

Google Plus is still in beta. Age restriction limit is also still present which was said to be removed when Google+ will be available to the public.

However, everyone can now join Google+ without invitation needed.
Go to plus.google.com and login with your Google ID (Gmail ID).
